About Pre-Orders By placing a pre-order with Anyra Activewear, you are securing an item from our upcoming collection before it is physically in stock.
Payment & Fulfillment Payment is processed in full at the time the order is placed to reserve your item. Estimated shipping dates are indicated on the product page. While we strive to meet these timelines, minor delays can occasionally occur during manufacturing or international transit. We will keep you updated via email if any changes arise.
Cancellations & Refunds You have the right to cancel your pre-order and request a full refund at any time before the item has been shipped for delivery. Once the item has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
2. Refund Policy (EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal)
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Conditions for Return: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
